Bill was a champion boxer in his youth, but in his 20s it soon became apparent that his real talent lay in winemaking, and he was recently awarded the Order of Australia for his contribution to the industry. Bill crafts affordable, high quality wines by sourcing the best quality grapes from the region and fermenting them in small parcels, overseeing every stage of production himself. Rounded and elegant, his No.1 Chardonnay is delicious with sauced fish and chicken.
