Choose the right wine subscription for you

Tell us what kind of wine you prefer, and how many bottles you’d like to receive with each delivery. Then choose how often you’d like to receive your case – every four or eight weeks. You can change your preferred wine style or delivery frequency online, whenever you like.

Yes – we call them subscriptions to be super clear what you are getting. But many customers think of them as them clubs.
A lot. From a regular case of your favourites, to mixed cases with particular themes, and everyday essentials through to fine wine. We don’t have introductory offers on all of them year round but most are available to change to online. So feel free to try something new when you like.
Yes, you can give a wine subscription as a gift. The gift subscription is 4 cases sent out over a year to the recipient. The subscription ends after 4 cases. Learn more about wine gift subscriptions.
Yes. There is no tie in. You can end your subscription online without penalty. You are in total control.
Yes, you can change the delivery address (and the name too, if needed) very simply online. You can ship wherever you want to whoever you want.
That depends on what wine subscription you choose. Most are 12, but we have some with 6 bottles and some even less.
You can swap between different cases if you want a change. Choose all red wines, all white wines, or a bit of both in a mixed case. Or we have different subscriptions that might interest you. You can also swap the wines in your case from many our wines online. You can add more wines or take less.
Most people start on a case every 8 weeks as that feels about right. But you can change that online to more or less frequent deliveries. So, usually your first case will be due 8 weeks after you join.
You can manage your subscription online. Change delivery dates, push back deliveries, change the frequency, swap wines, or change your subscription for something different. You can also update your personal details and delivery address.
You can pay monthly by signing up to our Wine Fund. Simply add a set amount to the fund a little each month and check the box to use the funds for your subscription. As an extra benefit, this gives you free delivery on all wine orders – even a single bottle. You can withdraw the funds at any time.
We’ll leave your wine in a safe place and put a card through your door. Most mainland deliveries are through Yodel with a 99.9% success rate. Good recycled packaging of course.
Yes, online or over the phone, at a small extra charge, or free if you have Unlimited/Wine Fund membership.
No problem. Just give us a call and we’ll arrange to collect it at your convenience and our cost.
Yes, you will. All our wines have online tasting notes so you can learn a little more about the wine. Check out Beyond the Label in your account.
We refund you. No quibbling. If you don’t like a wine, you don’t pay for it.

No. None of our subscriptions have cancellation costs. You can cancel at any time.
