The Wine
This delicious, full flavoured red is an exclusive cuvée made especially for us by Rodolfo Sadler, chief winemaker at Andean Vineyards. Not only is he rated among the Top Ten winemakers in the country, but he also scooped ‘Best Malbec of Argentina’ in 2008 – no small feat as this is the country’s flagship red! His regular Malbec has long been a customer favourite, so we asked him to produce a premium version using the best grapes available. This inky dark masterpiece is a sure fire hit and a desert island red for lovers of this wonderful grape.
Smooth and elegant with intense plum and redcurrant flavours, this lush red is delicious on its own or with rare roast beef, game pie, venison sausages with red wine gravy or mature cheeses.
