An exciting and very rare white sparkling wine from Moldova, unusually made entirely from the red Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The biting wind that blows over the vineyards of Cimisla gives this fizz a lovely aromatic freshness with a soft mousse, white peach and citrus notes. Easy drinking yet sophisticated, it’s delicious as an aperitif and makes a wonderful celebration gift.

Here we present a fabulous sparkling rosé wine from the Loire Valley made by winemaker Pierre-Jean Sauvion. He’s determined to put the Loire at the forefront of sustainability, encouraging biodiversity of the flora and fauna. This Crémant comprises Cabernet Franc with a splash of Grolleau.
